Privacy Policy
Arrowmino
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Arrowmino ("the game") is a puzzle game developed by Vladislav Alhasov ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game handles, and why.
No account needed
The game needs no registration and never asks for your name, email address or phone number. Your progress, coins and settings are stored on your device (and in your own device backup: iCloud on iPhone and iPad, your Google account on Android), and are deleted when you delete the game.
Analytics
We use Amplitude, an analytics service, to understand how the game is played and to find and fix problems. It receives game events (for example a level started or finished, a hint used, an ad watched or a purchase made), error reports from the game, how long the game takes to load, session length and frequency, the device type, operating system version, language and time zone, a random identifier created when the game is installed, and the IP address of the connection, from which Amplitude works out an approximate location (country, region and city). This information is not linked to your name, email address, Apple Account or Google Account, and it is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites. See Amplitude's privacy notice.
Advertising
To keep the game free it shows ads from Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). When ads are requested or shown, Unity may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (on iPhone and iPad only if you allow tracking when the game asks; on Android your device's advertising ID, unless you have deleted it), your IP address and approximate location, information about your device and the game, information about the ads you see and how you interact with them, and diagnostic data, to show and measure ads, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, personalize ads. See Unity's privacy policy for game players and app users.
- Tracking. On iPhone and iPad the game asks for permission before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android. Android does not ask this question: Unity may use your device's advertising ID to measure and personalize ads. You can reset or delete it at any time in your device's settings (search the settings for "Ads"); once it is deleted, ads are still shown but are not based on it.
- Where consent is required. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the law asks for your consent before ads may use your data. This version of the game does not ask for it, so it shows no ads there and does not start Unity Ads: it goes by the country of your App Store account (on Android, your SIM card's country, your mobile network's country and your phone's region setting) and your device's time zone, and if any one of them is in those countries, there are no ads.
- Remove Ads. The "Remove Ads" purchase turns off the ads between levels (on iPhone and iPad: the Android version sells nothing). Reward videos are only shown when you choose to watch one.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. The game only checks, on your device, which purchase was made so that it can deliver it. See Apple's Privacy Policy. The Android version has no in-app purchases.
Reminders
If you allow notifications, the game reminds you about the daily puzzle (and, on its last day, about a weekly challenge you have started). The reminders are scheduled on your device and no information is sent anywhere. You can turn them off in iOS Settings > Notifications, or on Android in Settings > Apps > Arrowmino > Notifications.
Game Center
On iPhone and iPad, if you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the game sends your best scores (your longest chain and your longest daily streak) to Game Center leaderboards, where Apple shows them to other players with your Game Center name. Nothing is sent while you are not signed in. The game does not read or keep your Game Center name or identifier. See Apple's Privacy Policy; you can sign out or change your Game Center settings in iOS Settings > Game Center.
Feedback form
If you write to us on the feedback page, we receive your message, the game version, platform and language, and your email address only if you choose to give it. The form is run by Netlify, the host of this website, which also records the IP address and browser details of each message. We use all of this only to read and answer your message.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep analytics data only as long as it helps us improve the game, and feedback messages only as long as we need them to answer you. Deleting the game deletes everything stored on your device; if you install it again, it gets a new random identifier. To ask us to delete data we hold about you, write to us on the feedback page and include the ID shown at the bottom of the game's Settings, so we can find the analytics data that belongs to your device.
Service providers
Amplitude (analytics), Unity Technologies (ads), Apple (purchases and Game Center) and Netlify (this website and the feedback form) process the data described above, mainly in the United States. We share data only with providers that protect it at least as well as this policy describes and as the App Store's and Google Play's rules require.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Switzerland), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. We use analytics and feedback data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the game. This version of the game shows no ads in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. To use your rights, write to us on the feedback page. You can change the tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings.
Children
The game is made for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
